《凶宅处理专员 The Surrealtor》讲述房地产经纪Nick Roman及他的精英团队专门负责一种案子：会把买家吓跑，确实在闹鬼的凶宅。不过在调查﹑处理凶宅的过程中，主角们在这环境下也得和自己心魔作较量。
故事发生在繁华的大都市巴黎，接二连三出现的非法移民被害事件让整个城市陷入了恐慌，这些被害人死状之恐怖，凶手杀人手段之恶劣都是负责此案件的警探保罗（乔斯兰·纪弗汉 Jocelyn Quivrin 饰）闻所未闻、见所未见的。为了解决这一棘手的案件，保罗找到了经验丰富的警官施费尔（让·雷诺 Jean Reno 饰），在他的帮助下，保罗能够将真凶捉拿归案吗？ 另一边，一位名为安娜（阿莉·乔夫 Arly Jover 饰）的年轻女子发现自己突然失去了记忆，她周遭的一切都在某一日变得陌生而可怕。安娜不断的挣扎、探索，希望能够解开自己的身世之谜，随着时间的推移，安娜发现自己似乎陷入了一个阴谋之中。
